She graduated with honors from the Faculty of Law, Canon Law and Administration at the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin (Master of Laws, 2013). She underwent a two-year course in American law, conducted by the Center of American Law of the Catholic University of Lublin in cooperation with the Chicago-Kent College of Law, as well as an advocate training in Kielce, completed by passing the bar examination in March 2017.

Professional experience:

She started gaining her professional experience in 2012. She took apprenticeships in courts, law firms and was a volunteer of the Association "Bezpieczny Dom" in Kielce, which provided legal advice to victims of violence. During the advocate training she worked in one of the most prestigious law firms in Kielce and ran a point of free legal advice. In 2017 and 2018, she worked as an assistant judge in the 1st Civil Department of the District Court in Kielce. Her interests include issues related to civil and succession law, family law as well as criminal law.

Professional experience of Magdalena Grzybowska comprises: 

• legal advice in the field of civil and succession law, in particular, in the area of ​​protection of ownership and possession of a thing, handling court proceedings regarding the usucaption and the limited proprietary rights;
• legal advice related to family law, especially in cases of divorce, separation, as well as limitation and deprivation of parental authority;
• giving opinions on draft contracts, general terms and conditions as well as standard contracts in terms of their compliance with law and the client's interest;
• enforcement of damages of both non-material and material losses, executed from entities obliged to pay them, mainly in the area of ​​traffic accidents, medical malpractice and workplace accidents;
• conducting court proceedings in respect of civil law, succession law, family law and criminal law.
