We provide comprehensive legal services related to judicial and administrative proceedings. We advise and represent our Clients in pre-judicial proceedings, negotiations, mediations, in administrative and judicial proceedings, in particular with regard to civil law, including commercial proceedings. We analyse claims in order to determine if judicial redress is effectively available, drawing up legal opinions containing recommendations in respect of possible legal steps.  

We represent Clients in proceedings before common and administrative courts, including all instances, before the Supreme Court and the Supreme Administrative Court (NSA), as well as proceedings before public administration bodies, inclusive of proceedings before the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF), the Office for Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK), the National Appeal Chamber (KIO), competent heritage protection authorities and historic building conservation bodies.
