Experience:
She gained professional experience during cooperation with law offices in the field of civil, commercial and energy law, including cooperation with the receiver's office in proceedings in the field of bankruptcy and restructuring law. Currently, she provides services to individuals in processes related to Swiss franc loans.
In her previous professional practice, she dealt with comprehensive services for the energy company in the conduct of current court and administrative proceedings, in particular before the Energy Regulatory Office. She participated in the field of company law in the processes of registration, transformation and introduction of changes in the National Court Register and in the due diligence process, and has also served many times as the chairwoman of the general meeting of partners and shareholders, actively participating in the creation of draft resolutions. She coordinated court proceedings in the field of civil law, including independently representing clients directly in court. While working with the receiver's office, she dealt with bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings.
She specialises in civil and commercial law, in particular providing services to capital companies. Since 2023, she has been advising on Swiss franc loans.
